Is it bad for the plant if the pot is too big?
Outdoor plants you transplant into the ground. That’s like a huuuuge pot.. but they don’t have a problem with it.
WRONG, the new pot should only be 1-2 inches larger in diameter.
It looks like a parlour palm to me. I got one of those at home. Think it’s the smallest of the palm family, can grow up to 4-5ft.
