Glass cabinets over the cook top never a good idea. way too much glass..expensive, island is too big for the space, too much wasted or unused space. I do this for a living…24/7 365. practice practice, and learn your building codes.

I am a designer, no offence but the design is all wrong, you have too many small wall units (not cost effective) breakfast bar is too close to left , too much space left on other side, this should be the dining area, and your kitchen would be alot more balanced if you put a cooking island in the middle with hanging extraction. the plan is too one sided. Good attempt for your first go though! remember the rules in order -STYLE, FUNCTIONALITY, and most importantly, COST EFECTIVE! GOD I’M SAD! LOL
