Copenhagen – best quality of life

Copenhagen is the city in the world with the highest quality of life. The renowned British magazine Monocle, whose editor in chief Tyler Brûlé is also the founder of Wallpaper Magazine, has ranked Copenhagen no. 1 in its 2008 global quality of life survey. Copenhagen leaves all the other cities behind because of its development in architecture, design and gourmet food. Also the city’s public transportation, bicycle culture, harbor baths, green public spaces and trendy cafes contribute to a high quality of life. Not least Copenhagen manages to integrate design in everyday life to make life easy and friction-free for residents as well as visitors. According to Monocle, the Danish capital is designed for life. @slazzer145 Same can be said for the illegal Mexicans who cross the boarder illegally into the USA. One young man threw rocks at the guards and got shot, killed.
They have laws in the US, but the president & others like him do not uphold them. Independant states are trying to uphold the laws. The illegals get free health care & food, school. They pay not taxes, but live off of citizens taxes because of our shitty government. Citizens can’t get help themselves. They have anchor babies.

Absolutely, these are the happiest people and most livable place on earth. Of all segments I’ve seen in the internet about Denmark, I only saw 2 securities or was that a police guiding and or looking after a huge crowd in Copenhagen. Of course, we couldn’t say that a place has no problem. But why they are rated as the happiest people if they are not being surveyed. I want to share also MyDenmarkTV for their weekly web based TV show. You will learn a lot of insight from them about the Danes.

Unfortunately, 4 many europeans America is (almost everywhere) just a Third World with skyskrapers! Of course, S-O-M-E areas of New England, New York and California do not count! Our “biggest problems” with America R: its artificial character, pretty short cultural history and superficial Hollywood mass production.Well…But ur nature is simply G-R-E-A-T!

  13. rebecccarose says:

i want to move there! i love how most people use bikes as a form of transportation. i bet there arent many fat people living in denmark lol

  14. MansMan918 says:

Most Americans base quality of life on quantity of objects hmmmm and aAmerican walk anywhere yea right. We have less the 5% of worlds population and use more than 20% world resources and its all comming to an END. 27 million unemployed no job growthin 10 years. The danes are VERY smart

    oh c’mon..not another racist.

  16. slazzer145 says:

thats is why many poor muslims like to stay in denmark and as well as in sweden and norway….as soon as they l settle in scandinavian countries they will rape white women…burn catholic churches…create riots…

Quality of life is such a hard thing to quantify or measure. Though I agree the top marks often land at the door step of the 10 microstates through out the world (Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, Monoco, Andora etc) Small countries often get an even spread of wealth and prosperity. Though Norway and Denmark, which are both sizable, buck the trend. But all in all, when looking at the developed world as as whole…the difference is negligable.

i’m shure denmark all in all is a pretty good place to live. particular for the young people. Most citys have clubs for the young people, and they take the kids on tribs and stuff. This year i were in London with one of these clubs, and last year i were in Paris, next year its Berlin. And if 20 kids get together and wanna learn to speak japaniese, that’ll be posible and proberly free too. I think what i’m tryin’ to say is that Denmark is really good at keeping the kids of the streets…
