This looked promising but was not really helpful. I think if he had suggested keeping a diary of time of day, before/after eating, any pattern to the vomiting, the content eg phlegm, food clear.coloured liquid. Also if he had given advice and direction as to what situations require serious concern and immediate intervention. My cat vomits. She does eat grass. I keep a diary. She has been recently diagnosed with kidney disease so I inform the vet if I am worried.
